Sub-Processors

LegalFormsOS — Sub-Processors

Last updated: 2026-07-14. LegalFormsOS engages a small number of sub-processors to operate the Service. Each is bound by data-protection obligations no less protective than our Data Processing Agreement, and all storage of customer matter data is in the United States.

CURRENT SUB-PROCESSORS. • Hosting / infrastructure — a U.S.-region virtual private server that runs the application and database. Purpose: hosting and storage. Location: United States. • Email delivery — a transactional email provider used to send verification and sign-in codes and account notifications. Purpose: outbound email. Data: email address + message content (one-time codes / notices). • Payment processing — a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor used to charge for subscriptions and credits. Purpose: billing. Data: payment token, brand, last four digits, billing amounts. LegalFormsOS never stores full card numbers.

CHANGES. We will update this page before adding or replacing a sub-processor that processes customer personal data, and customers may object on reasonable data-protection grounds. To receive change notifications, email support@legalformsos.com.

Note: exact vendor names and regions are provided to customers and their security teams on request under the DPA; this public page states the categories and the U.S. residency commitment.
