1. WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR. You are paying for software functionality and the generation of documents from the information you provide — not for any legal result, court acceptance, or outcome. Because a generated document is delivered to you immediately and cannot be "returned," sales are final except exactly as stated below.

2. NO REFUNDS FOR REJECTED, DENIED, OR DEFICIENT FILINGS. A rejection, denial, dismissal, deficiency notice, delay, or any other adverse action by any clerk, court, agency, or third party is NOT a defect in the Service and does NOT entitle you to any refund or credit. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting every document before filing.

3. PAID CREDITS vs. BONUS CREDITS. "Paid Credits" are credits you purchased with real money. "Bonus Credits" are credits granted for free — as a promotion, courtesy, bonus, referral, or complimentary allotment. BONUS CREDITS AND FREE CREDITS HAVE NO CASH VALUE AND ARE NEVER REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

4. THE ONLY REFUND AVAILABLE. The only refund available is for the UNUSED portion of Paid Credits — that is, credits you bought with real money and have not yet spent. Credits that have already been spent to generate, finalize, download, print, or email a document are consumed and are not refundable. Subscription fees and per-document fees for documents already generated are not refundable.

5. 20% REPROGRAMMING / ADMINISTRATION FEE. Any eligible refund of unused Paid Credits is subject to a twenty percent (20%) reprogramming and administration fee, which is deducted from the refunded amount. For example, if you request a refund of $100.00 in unused Paid Credits, you will receive $80.00.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND. Email support@legalformsos.com from the email address on your account, stating the amount of unused Paid Credits you wish to refund. We may verify your purchase history and the source of the credits (paid vs. bonus) before issuing any refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, less the 20% fee, within a commercially reasonable time.

7. CHARGEBACKS. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of following this policy, we may suspend your account and pursue the amount owed, plus costs. Please contact us first — we would rather resolve it directly.

8. NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS. Nothing in this policy limits any refund right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. Where such a law applies, this policy is read to comply with it and the rest of this policy still applies.
